Project: Above ground pool opening
I have used this company for the past 5 years. I have a small above ground pool. My recent customer service experience was very disappointing. The techs. Used my garden hose and vaccu.e hose because theirs was too big to perform the job of vaccuming, etc... which is essential. I was charged a very large fee and upcharge which was shocking. No estimate provided or forewarning of the cost.. I was always the last client of the day to which the techs never stayed more that 1/2 hour to service my pool. Items were not handled with care such as my pool cover. (Remived a d tossed to the back of my yard) In the beginning the service was A+. But as the business grew the cost for service are monumental! No xusto.er appreciation for long standing business. I am again, disappointed as this company had good potential. Hopefully, they can make this right.

The company responded with an appointment very quickly. They showed up on time and eager to help. They were very knowledgeable and had my pool running again in a short time, with recommendations on next steps and how to keep it healthy. I will definitely use their services again.

They were professional and give you feedback and suggestions. They did not overcharge and I will continue to use them in the future.
