Admittedly we had some miscommunication on both ends when I first reached out, but things got way better from there. Each time I was scheduled I was contacted when the techs were on their way. Saul is terrific to work with. This is my first pool so he walked me through everything they were doing when cleaning it. He also showed me everything on Amazon that I needed to order to winterize my pool. Once it all arrived, they came out two days later to close it. He talked me through what I need to do and when over the winter. Super thorough. They even put the hose, ladder, etc., in the pool shed for me. I'll definitely be using them in the spring.
